01Scheduling

We block a dedicated 2-4 hour window and work with you to pick a date and time that suits the team.

Arrive by car, or take the train to Stone Crossing and a short walk through Kent countryside down to site.

Refreshments on arrival

Light refreshments and snacks in the office on site as the team gets settled and the day's plan is laid out.

Site & ecology briefing

A short briefing on the Dartford project: species mix, why this site, how every tree is GPS-tagged and reported.

05Planting

Hands-on planting

2–3 hours of practical planting either out on the site or in the nursery. This depends on the season and weather.

06Tour & close

Guided tour, then home

A guided walk through the new woodland and other green initiatives on site, with more refreshments before departure.

Year-round access works thanks to the on-site Time4Trees nursery: in summer, planting days run in the nursery; through winter the team gets straight into the ground.
