More Trees has partnered with Green Live to plant over 12,500 trees across sustainable consumer events in Milton Keynes and London. "We are excited to announce our partnership with this year's Green Live, which will see us planting more than 12,500 trees in much-needed projects worldwide."
Planting 12,500 trees for ticket holders
One tree will be planted for each Green Live MK ticket holder. These trees are projected to sequester approximately 3,750 tonnes of CO2 throughout their growth cycle—equivalent to annual emissions from roughly 58 homes. Additional benefits include providing income to local families, strengthening flood defenses, enhancing soil quality and crop yields, and countering deforestation's effects on wildlife.
Partnering with Green Live
Green Live brings together eco-friendly businesses, services, and speakers across Milton Keynes and Westfield locations. The event emphasizes helping "the sustainable consumer" make environmentally conscious purchasing decisions. The event itself employs sustainable practices: 100% digital marketing, recycled graphic materials, EarthPositive uniforms, and tree planting for every attendee.
